We are glad you are considering Heywood Music Studios for your music education. Our commitment is to provide you with a well-rounded music program and give you the tools to be successful. On this page, you will be able to access the latest documents and forms which contain current information about tuition.
Tuition payment options: annual (discounted); semester (discounted); monthly (due in advance by the first of the month). To retain their place in the fall, students must take a minimum of 5 summer lessons. Lessons are scheduled in the spring.
Each student pays a yearly registration fee. This is due by May 31st of each year and is non-refundable. This pays for the cost of running the music studio as well as the time spent doing things in addition to actual teaching:

Time spent on email and phone calls
No refunds will be given to students discontinuing mid-semester and no lesson ‘credits’ will be carried over into the next semester.
Cash, check, credit cards and direct deposit are accepted. Your cancelled check or credit card statement is your receipt. Heywood Studios does not accept postdated checks.
Accounts that are 10 days behind in lesson payments or multi-payment plan will receive a late notice and charged a late payment fee of $30.00. If the balance remains unpaid 7 days after the date of notice your registration will be cancelled.
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Returned Checks - A fee of $50.00 will be charged for all returned checks with all future tuition payments done in cash.
